A CT-L back exercise device for mobilisation of the lower back, existing back exercise concepts are said to concentrate mainly on back muscle strengthening and neglect stretching and flexibility.
The device is said to allow the health club user to safely mobilise, self-adjust and stretch the lower back in order to prevent and treat locked intervertebral joints, and to relax tight back musculature.
